Life Skills - Gift Cards Practice - Reading - Writing - Math - Google

In this set of GOOGLE SLIDES, students will practice entering gift card numbers and pins for online order practice. This is a functional math and reading activity to practice real world matching skills.

 This activity is specifically formatted to be used with Google Drive and is compatible with Google Classroom. Google Drive is an amazing resource that many educators are now using as an interface to support 1:1 digital instruction in the classroom. I pair it up with Google Classroom (a free website) that allows me to digitally send each student in my class a copy of the worksheets that they later submit to me for grading. With this lesson, students get to drag and drop their responses onto the grocery slides. It is an amazing paper-free process and the kids LOVE working on these on their devices.

A total of 30 realistic scenarios are presented for students to practice their data entry skills with. Each scenario includes students entering a 16 digit gift card number and a 3 digit pin.
