Google Drive - Christmas - Special Educaton - Life Skills - Reading - Writing
Is your district increasing the use of technology in the classroom? Are you in the middle of a 1:1 tech roll out? Trying to come up with more idea to make your classroom go DIGITAL? Wanting to come up with a fun technological twist to traditional Christmas lesson plans?
If you answered yes to any of those questions, you are in the right place! Due to an increased demand for Google Drive lesson plans, I have created Google Drive compatible lessons for the upcoming holiday season!
Google Drive is an amazing resource that many educators are now using as an interface to support 1:1 digital instruction in the classroom. I pair it up with Google Classroom (a free website) that allows me to digitally send each student in my class a copy of the worksheets that they later submit to me for grading. It is an amazing paper-free process and the kids LOVE working on these worksheets on the computer.
With this download, students will have access to a completely digital copy of a worksheet where they will reflect on various Christmas themed questions. They will practice skills like typing, copying/pasting (CTRL+C and CTRL+V), searching the internet for pictures, comparing and contrasting, and making lists as well.
This is a GREAT download to start your Christmas unit with this year! Students absolutely have a blast and enjoy using the technology to create their final product with!
